Summary, etc. Web-based online appointment system has grown rapidly over the past few years. Since the evolution of the Internet, many businesses and organizations today use an online appointment system to help the appointment process more streamlined and more efficient. This study presents details of the design and development process of an online appointment system with the integration of RFID. The system allows its clients to make appointments in the different offices in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. The system was developed using MySQL as the database management system, PHP, HTML. JavaScript and CSS. Based on the results, the proposed online appointment system gained excellent remarks using the Likert Scale and the ISO 25010 quality standard.
