In delivering and receiving effective education, having enough comfortable academic facilities is one of the fundamentals for the students to have an excellent academic performance. To address the insufficiency of classroom facilities and laboratories at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, the researchers design a six-story building for the College of Engineering and Architecture facilities and laboratories. The questions of this study primarily focused on how to integrate and accommodate the needs of the faculty and students of the College of Engineering and Architecture so that they can engage in the practical assessments necessary for the courses. Descriptive and developmental research methods are used in treating the data gathered in this study. For the analysis of all the data collected through interviews and references from the CHED Memorandum Order, the NBCP, and other codes that are relevant to the study, it states that the existing facilities at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges did not comply in terms of class size since there are lesser number of classrooms and laboratories to accommodate the students, but the classroom area complied with the CHED Standards. Over the next five years, an expected total of 6,663 students are projected to be enrolled in this department. The researchers delimited the structure to only one building; it can only accommodate 23 laboratories out of more than 28 expected laboratories to accommodate the projected population of students. The lot area is relatively small to design a larger building and to accommodate more students. The total estimated cost of the structure is Php134,814,856.55.
