The sole purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the level of customer satisfaction of the restobars in Polangui, Albay towards achieving customer loyalty. A survey instrument used in the study as well studied and formulated by the researcher own survey questionnaire and by the helped revised and adopted questioners. The level of customer satisfaction in terms of Quality of Food and Beverages, Value for Money and Location and Physical Facilities; and proposed pamphlet to improve the customer satisfaction. Descriptive type of research was used in this study with 50 customers in restobars at Polangui, ALbay which served as respondents. Based on the findings, it was determined that the level of satisfacftion of the customers is highly satisfied in terms of Quality of Food. Followed by the Value for Money and Locaton and Physical Facilities are both vervbally interpreted as highly satisfied . Customers at the chosen bars in Polangui, Albay have expressed their satisfaction with the restobars' exceptional discounts and reasonable rates. Proposed recommnedations to improve the satisfaction level odf the customers in restobars at Polangui, Albay. With the recommendations, the researchers prepared a pamphlet that will be served for maintaining the level of customers satisfaction in restobars which will increase their likehood of returning and recommending it to their friends and family.
