In today's rapidly evolving job market, proficiency in information and communication technology (ICT) skills has become a crucial determinant of success for students pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA). This paper assessed the level of the Information and Communication Technology Proficiency of the BSOA students as well as the barriers affecting their ICT skills along hardware operations, software processing, information management, digital communication, and data security and privacy and the proposed intervention program to enhance the Information and Communication Technology proficiency of the BSOA students. One hundred twelve (112) 2nd to 4th year students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges-Buhi Campus, who were systematically chosen, served as the respondents. The descriptive method was used to attain the objectives. The instrument used in this study was a research-made survey questionnaire for data collection and was interpreted using weighted mean. The findings revealed that BSOA students ICT proficiency demonstrates a mixed landscape and exhibit a consistent trend of moderate proficiency in different aspects of ICT specifically in hardware operations, software processing, information management, digital communication and data security and privacy. Furthermore, the findings revealed that even born and considered as digital natives, the BSOA students highlights different barriers affecting their ICT proficiency. Based on the findings, it was recommended that students be encouraged continue to improve on their ICT skills as it will enable them toi strive well academically and that school authorities should ensure adequate and proper infrastructures/ ICT facilities be put in place within the university environment. Moreover, the researchers designed an intervention program for enhancing Information and Communication Technology of the BSOA students to make them employee-ready graduates.
