J3M's Snack Enterprise offers Empanalito, a smaller version of empanadas with four fillings or flavors. It is a unique snack that can fulfill an empty stomach and is popular among students and employees at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. The company will use a business-to-consumer (B2C) sales approach and offer a fair and reasonableprice for its products. It will strategically place a cart inside the CSPC campus where its proponents will offer their product to walk-in customers. The proponents have adopted partnership as their type of business organization, which has certain advantages such as equal distribution of profits and losses, decision-making, and a fair division of responsibilities. Cash on delivery (COD) will be carefully enforced to protect the business and prevent scammers from causing loss of revenue. The products would be available per piece in every flavor and sold for depending on its flavour.
The business plan has six chapters, with Chapter 1 providing an overview of the business, Chapter 2 focusing on marketing plans, and Chapter 3 on technological plans. Chapter 4, 5, and 6 present other information well-organized to avoid confusion. Well-presented marketing plans outline the company's strategy for attracting new clients and increasing sales, and help assess the effectiveness of marketing. Knowing this information makes it easier to focus ongoing initiatives and ensure future campaigns are targeted and successful.
