Scheduling is one of the problems in universities. Both faculty and students are faced with-challenges with the scheduling of events that requires the use of certain facility due to many constraints in time conflicts and slow processing of requests. This study aims to improve Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) faculty, student's and guest experience with facility scheduling by developing a web-based program that organizes facility requests and reservations. To achieve this web-based facility scheduler for automated scheduling. was developed that both priority and first come first scheduling algorithm. The researchers created an interview guide to have a broad understanding and to gather information on what are the reason of slow processing of request, what will be the basis and what can be done to speed up the process. In order to know the capability of the system and the accuracy, the researcher made some test cases scenarios using confusion matrix as a measurement method to show if system works well and how accurate it is. Findings also shows that the accuracy of system for request scheduling using web based facility scheduler is 82% accurate for scheduling in the system. Also the study recommend to consider using other scheduling algorithms, Monitor the system regularly to ensure that it is functioning properly, adjust the system and FCFS algorithm as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
