This study aims to determine the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges' Program in Dealing People of Diverse SOGIE. It resolves the programs and the issues and concerns of the people of diverse Sogie and proposed Action Plan to enhance the following Programs from The Center of Gender and Development (CGAD) in Camarines Sur Polytechnic College. The descriptive-qualitative method was used in concluding this study. The following conclusions are identified: The Programs in Dealing People of Diverse SOGIE indicates that it is indeed viable in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC). Programs will help Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) to become a safe place and accessible to bullying, sexual harassment, and any discrimination. 2. The level of Implementation of the Programs is Moderately Encountered the researchers believed that the following students inside the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) are not informed or lack awareness about the Programs that The Center of Gender and Development (CGAD) has, to address the following scenarios that might occur inside the campus. 3. The issues and concerns of the Diverse SOGIE in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges are all about discrimination in physical appearance, the way they wear clothes, bullying, stereotyping, not being accepted by society, and some of them wearing a mask to hide. In short, not all the people who belong in Diverse SOGIE have the confidence to show their true colors to the public. 4. The researchers crafted an informative Action Plan. It contains the Activities and Strategies under the following Programs that The Center of Gender and Development (CGAD) has to address the issues and concerns of those people who belong in Diverse SOGIE.
