This study arrived to determine the profile and the challenges encountered by the respondents during the pandemic in terms of Family, School, and Environment. The effect of these challenges to psychosocial health of the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration Students and the measures to cope on it. Based from the findings what recommendation may be proposed to help the respondents deal with their psychological health. The Age of the respondents ranged from 19 to 30 years old. 19-21 years old respondents accounted to 15 individuals or 53.33 % having the highest number of respondents. Female had the higher number of individuals having 24 or 80% whereas male led had 6 or 20% individuals. All respondents are single according to their civil status and 100% of respondents are Roman Catholic. The highest number of individuals who says their income is below 5,000 are 26 or 86.67% whereas 2 individuals has a monthly income of 15,001-20,000.
The conclusions of this study were identified that: 2) that the number one challenges of students encountered in terms of family is the Loss of Job Parents with a weighted mean of 3.43 and interpreted as Highly Affecting; in school, the number one challenges that encountered by the respondents during the pandemic is having no enough load for online class with a weighted mean of 3.52 and interpreted as Highly Affecting; in environment the number one challenges that encountered by the students are both noisy neighborhood and increase cases of Covid-19 pandemic with a weighted mean of 3.10and verbally interpreted as Moderately affecting. 3) Stress is the number one effect of pandemic to psychosocial health of students with weighted mean average of 3.57and was verbally interpreted as Highly Affecting.
